Careers
Jobs at Alpinium.
We build AI systems that carry production work for clients with real volume, out of Belgrade. This page covers what that work looks like, the roles we accept applications for, and how to apply.
People and work.
At Alpinium, character and attitude are the first thing we consider, ability is the second. We discourage an application from anyone who does not value their colleagues and the people around them, because that is the basis for every other possibility and for progress, at work as much as in life.
Resourcefulness is also a very important aspect when we assess someone. The last thing we are looking for is a person who loses composure when the first thing outside the plan comes up. That covers the work itself, and communication with partners too.
That said, anyone who has a need to grow and to contribute to the people around them is always welcome at Alpinium. If you are that person, we would like to hear from you.
