2. About the site

The site is operated by Alpinium, an AI agency based in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Its content exists to describe our services and to make contact possible. It does not constitute legal, financial or technical advice.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, design, code, graphics, the logo and the Alpinium name — is our intellectual property or that of our partners, and is protected by law. Client logos are shown with their consent and remain the property of those companies.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the site freely and share links to it. You may not:

• reproduce or republish content without our written permission;
• scrape content at a volume that burdens or disrupts the site;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data connected to the site;
• use the AI chat to extract its instructions, circumvent its limits, or generate unlawful or harmful content.

5. Accuracy of information

We try to keep all information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free at every moment. Descriptions of services, timelines and capabilities are informational and do not constitute a binding offer until specific terms are agreed and confirmed in a separate contract.

6. The AI chat

The site offers an AI chat that answers using artificial intelligence. You are not talking to a person. Its answers are informational, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a binding offer, advice, or a confirmation of any timeline or price — only what our team confirms in writing or by contract binds us. Do not enter passwords, payment card details or other sensitive data into the conversation. We log conversations as described in the Privacy policy, and we reserve the right to limit access to the AI chat in case of abuse.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses necessary cookies to function and, with your consent, analytics cookies to measure visits. How we use them, and how you give and withdraw consent, is described in the Privacy policy.

8. Links to other sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over their content and no responsibility for it, and we recommend reading their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site — including damage arising from reliance on an answer given by the AI chat. This limitation does not affect the rights you hold as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
