1. Who we are
Alpinium is an AI agency based in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (Zahumska 30, 11000 Belgrade). We are the controller of the data processed through this site. For anything related to data processing, write to info@alpinium.ai.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you send us yourself, the basic technical data needed to run the site, and data about how the site is used.
- Contact form data: name, email address, company name, project type and the content of your message.
- Technical data servers record automatically: IP address, device and browser type, time of access.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, where the visit came from, approximate city-level location and device type.
- The content of your conversation in the AI chat, if you use it: the messages you type and whatever you choose to put in them.
- Your language choice, stored locally in your browser — that one never leaves your device.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
Contact form data and AI chat conversations are used to answer your enquiry and continue the conversation about possible work — the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical data keeps the site secure and stable, on the basis of our legitimate interest. We do not sell data, do not pass it to third parties for marketing, and do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies and browser local storage keep the site working — they remember your language. Analytics cookies are used to measure visits. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address in line with its own privacy policy.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits. It shows us how many people come to the site, which pages they read and where they arrive from — in aggregate, to improve the content. We do not use it for advertising profiles and do not connect that data to your name or email address. Google acts as our processor here and may transfer data outside the Republic of Serbia and the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
6. The AI chat
The site offers an AI chat. The conversation is held by software based on artificial intelligence, not by a person, and you are told so before it begins. Messages are processed by us and by our model provider solely to produce an answer and, where appropriate, to pass your enquiry to our team. Please do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, health data or other particularly sensitive information into the conversation, and do not enter data about third parties without their knowledge. To have your conversation history deleted, write to info@alpinium.ai.
7. How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and to carry any work forward, and at most two years from the last contact, unless the law requires longer. AI chat transcripts are kept for at most twelve months. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for at most fourteen months, after which it is deleted automatically. Server logs are deleted within thirty days.
8. Who we share it with
Data may be processed by our technical providers — hosting, email, the analytics provider and the model provider behind the AI chat — strictly on our instruction and under a contractual duty of confidentiality. Some of those providers are based outside the Republic of Serbia, so in those cases data is transferred under standard contractual clauses. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and to object to processing. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send your request to info@alpinium.ai — we answer within the statutory deadline. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
10. Security
We apply least-access principles, encryption of data in transit and at rest, and regular access reviews. No system is absolutely secure, but we report without delay any incident that could put your rights at risk.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. Material changes are announced on the site.
