Expertise

Six things we do well.

Engagement that fits the client’s deployment scale and its security requirements. Straightforward systems for smaller operations, and technical assessments for large-scale projects.

An agent that takes first contact on every channel where your clients already look for you. It learns from your documentation, pricing and past conversations, and answers in your company’s tone — not like a bot from 2015.

  • Website, email, Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger from one place
  • Answers drawn strictly from your sources — nothing invented
  • Automatic handover to a person when the question leaves scope
  • A view of the most common questions and where clients drop off

A voice layer on your number. It answers immediately, understands what is being asked, opens the calendar and finishes the job during the call. When the caller wants a person, it transfers with full context.

  • Booking, moving and cancelling appointments live, during the call
  • Confirmations and reminders by text or email, automatically
  • Many calls at once — nobody waits in a queue
  • Transcript and outcome of every call in one place

The whole path from first enquiry to booked meeting, with nothing retyped. The system recognises a serious buyer, writes them into the CRM with everything they said, and proposes a time while the interest is still fresh.

  • Scoring and ranking enquiries by likelihood to buy
  • CRM entry with a conversation summary and the next step
  • Follow-up on enquiries that went quiet, with no manual reminders
  • Booking straight into the salesperson’s calendar

The work somebody does every day, always the same way and always by hand. Part is pure rules and automation takes that; part needs judgement and that is where the model comes in. The result is a process that runs itself, with a record of every step.

  • Reading invoices, contracts and forms — into the structure you already use
  • Moving data between tools that have no connection to each other
  • Reports that build and send themselves, on schedule
  • Human review and approval wherever a mistake is expensive

When nothing off the shelf exists, or when it would have to be bent too far, we design the system from the ground up. The data model, the boundaries between services, the connections to the systems you already run and the environment it all runs in are settled before any code is written — and the documentation of those decisions stays with you.

  • A data model and service boundaries settled before the code
  • Connection to the ERP, CRM and internal databases you already have
  • Running in your cloud or on your servers, under your access rules
  • Architecture that absorbs load growth and the failure of any one part

We build software and applications to current standards — designed so that they are fully available to artificial intelligence. Anything a person does through the screen, an agent can do through the same API, so the product serves a human and a model equally well.

  • Every function exists as an API, not only as a button on a screen
  • An interface described so an agent understands it without further explanation
  • Web and mobile applications, with access rights by role
  • Every action an agent takes leaves a trace that can be checked

With every engagement[ Included ]

Go-live is the start of the relationship, not the end of the job.

Everything below is part of the engagement price. There are no extra line items that appear once the system is running.

01

Direct support

You write to the people who built your system. No tickets, no first-line support that cannot actually do anything.

02

Upgrades

Models and tools change month to month. Moving to a better one is our job, not your expense.

03

24/7 monitoring

The system is watched automatically. When something stops we see it first, and usually fix it before anyone reports it.

04

Training and documentation

Your team gets a manual written in plain language and a session walking through everything the system does.

Approach[ Two modes ]

Where consultancy enters.

Deployment scale and security requirements decide how we work. Smaller engagements go straight into build. Large ones begin with an assessment, before a single system touches your infrastructure.

01

Smaller engagements

A straightforward operation: scope agreed, rollout without a long run-up, and a system working in weeks rather than quarters. Consultancy is short here because there is nothing to complicate.

02

Technical assessment

On large-scale projects our technical advisory team goes in first. They walk your systems, map where the solution connects and what has to change — before anything goes live.

03

Security and access

In both modes we define up front what the system sees, where the data lives and who can reach it. With larger clients that also passes through their own internal review.

Technology[ Stack ]

We pick the tool for the problem, not for the trend.

We are not tied to a single vendor. If a faster or cheaper way to do the same job appears tomorrow, we move to it.

Describe the problem. We’ll bring the plan.

Send a short description of the situation. We answer within 24 hours with a concrete proposal — or with an honest “you don’t need this”.
